Spotlight - cultural conversion

LogoDuring the time of Acts, the dominant expression of Christianity was insistent that their cultural form of Christianity was the only acceptable expression. So they discussed this issue at the centre of that style of faith in Jesus Ė Jerusalem (Acts 15). The result was surprising! Paraphrased as "cultural conversion can never be a prerequisite of spiritual conversion," this raises a key question about how we approach the largest blocks of people who donít know the Gospel yet.

Will it only be with our expression of Christianity, or of a style that is ideally suited to remove all cultural barriers between them and true faith in Jesus?
